MARKETING
Marketing and sale of our products is mainly carried out directly from our office and still maintains relations agency with some firms in Italy and abroad.
MATERIALS
Materials purchased and used in production are of higher quality than required by product specifications approved by the supervisory authorities and are provided strictly by companies with “quality system” and with quality certificate.
TESTING
The final tests on our generators ensure proper functionality of the device and compliance with basic specifications so that to the installation site no checks and other modifications are necessary.
SPARE PARTS
We have a warehouse that allows to satisfy promptly the demands of our customers for products no longer in production for several years.
AFTER SALES
We guarantee after-sales assistance throughout the national territory and with both own and external personnel used in the most distant from our office locations. Our generators are coupled with market burners of houses well-known that guarantee a fast and qualified assistance with their intervention centers. We also provide a consultancy service to designers and installers with respect to problems of installation of generators, accessories and connecting networks.
