Great design flexibility

• 12 bar design pressure. Different design pressures available on request.
• Operating options:
  • Standard two-stage: two potentials and two burner flames, operation at 50% and 100% power.
  • Progressive two-stage: two potentials and two flames, with the possibility of setting first stage below 50% of power. Adjustment of operating range by inverter.
  • Modulating: continuous power modulation by inverter, from a minimum of 30% to a maximum of 100%.
• Optional "Pause/Work" function: timed or remotely activation of generator, by pneumatically operated valves.
• Possibility to install an economizer for preheating of feed water through heat recovery from flue gas. Efficiency increasing up to 5%.
• Mono-block construction: generator, burner, pumps and control panel on a single frame.
• Customizable accessories according to customer's specific needs.

High quality standards

• Inner tube bundle made by two concentric coils manufactured from P235GH/P265GH (eq. ASTM A106 Gr. B) carbon steel pipes, designed to maximize heat exchange surface between water and flue gas.
• The inside of the lower diameter coil represents the combustion chamber. On one side, the combustion chamber is closed by a cap (removable for inspection), insulated by refractory material.
• The generator can be opened for inspection and maintenance through the large front and rear doors. The special fastening system ensures perfect sealing of the flue gas lap and optimal thermal efficiency even after many openings of the combustion chamber. 
• The entire pressure body, including the steam manifold, is manufactured according to the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU.
• The special conformation of the manifold promotes the separation of any liquid water, minimizing the steam’s residual humidity. 
• Body insulation by refractory ceramic fibers and an external stainless steel sheet layer.
• High-quality steam bellow valves PN16: great operating safety and exclusion of leakage.
• Speck volumetric piston pump, equipped with a special sealing kit that allows operating with condensate temperature peaks up to 105°C.

Complete and functional control panel

Each machine comes complete of the electromechanical cabinet. It integrates the control panel complete of all buttons, selectors, digital controllers necessary for operating. Main features are:

• Main power switch.
• Auxiliaries on/off selector switch.
• Burner on/off selector switch.
• Speed selector switch (2-stage operation).
• Manual lockout reset button.
• Digital temperature controller for continuous monitoring of steam temperature.
• Electromechanical or digital pressure regulator to adjust working pressure.
• Dedicated indicator lights for each of the possible anomalies (water lockout, motor protection switch, safety pressure switch, chimney lockout, maximum water pressure, steam lockout and burner lockout).
• Customization available (additional probes, digital PLC, remote control and block signals, burner flame ignition counter, etc.).
