COIL

The coil is made of steel tubes P235GH consists of spiral coils in one or more principles to ensure the uniform heating and circulation of the fluid as a function of thermal power demand.

In this tubular heating corresponds the cylindrical combustion chamber of large volume and characterized by a large area of radiation that allows a low thermal load and high efficienty determined by the type of construction in three passes in both the vertical and horizontal version.

FLUID CIRCULATION

The forced circulation of the fluid in the coil is produced by the circulation pump centrifugal horizontal axis, with a single impeller. The pump ensures a constant and uniform circulation of the fluid at design speed that allows to haven’t oil overheating with consequent possibility of cracking, and then the formation of carbonaceous deposits.

Was made the complete shielding of the combustion chamber and of the links the front and rear of the coil between the surfaces exposed to radiation and convection at the surface to ensure proper and effective heat flux.

CONSTRUCTION

The shell plating welded to the nervate heads, that support the doors closed, contains the coil, free to expand without distorting the containment structure. The flue pipe rests on the cylindrical shell and can support a chimney flue.

DOOR CLOSING

In sheet quality, high temperature resistant mineral fiber insulation and refractory material.

The heat insulation material is concentrated in the central area on the side of the burner and center rear on the inversion of the flame, resulting in very low thermal inertia. In the case of accidental outage of circulation pump, heat transfer caused by thermal inertia is minimized.

OUTPUT/INPUT OIL

The output and input thermal oil are made with flanged PN16 connected to internal distribution oil collector to the coil.

Is supplied loose the flange connection between the pump and the flange of the return to the boiler.

INSULATION

It is made by coating the boiler body with mineral wool mattresses high density (100 kg/m3.) and minimum total thickness of 100 mm.

The outer coating is made of stainless steel sheet.

MAINTENANCE

Access to the coils is perfectly possible to open doors for easy cleaning of the three passes of fumes.
