The forced circulation of the fluid in the coil is produced by the circulation pump centrifugal horizontal axis, with a single impeller. The pump ensures a constant and uniform circulation of the fluid at design speed that allows to haven’t oil overheating with consequent possibility of cracking, and then the formation of carbonaceous deposits.
Was made the complete shielding of the combustion chamber and of the links the front and rear of the coil between the surfaces exposed to radiation and convection at the surface to ensure proper and effective heat flux.
The shell plating welded to the nervate heads, that support the doors closed, contains the coil, free to expand without distorting the containment structure. The flue pipe rests on the cylindrical shell and can support a chimney flue.
