Forced fluid circulation is provided by a single-impeller, horizontal-axis centrifugal pump. The pump ensures a constant and uniform flow speed avoiding the risk of oil overheating, cause of consequent oil cracking and formation of carbonaceous deposits.
Internally, combustion chamber is completely shielded to improve thermal flow and overall boiler efficiency.
Internal free-floating design allows coil to expand freely without causing stress or distortion to the main body and supporting structure.
Flue pipe rests directly onto the coil and can support an exhaust chimney.
Front and rear flanged doors, made of quality steel and insulated by high-temperature resistant mineral fibre and refractory material.
Heat insulation disposition is optimized in the areas around the burner and on the flame inversion surface, resulting in a very low thermal inertia. In case of accidental outage of the circulating pump, heat transfer caused by thermal inertia is minimized.
OIL INLET / OUTLET
Oil inlet and outlet are made as a standard by flanged EN1092-1 PN16 connection.
Loose flange for connection between the circulating pump and oil return line is included in the supply.
Main body is insulated by a thick layer (100 mm min) of high density (100 kg/m3) mineral wool. Outer protective shell is made by stainless steel.
Internal coil can be easily accessed through front and rear doors, for inspection and cleaning.
A peep hole allows to inspect directly the burner’s flame during operation.
